Staleks Pro pedicure discs are made of high quality medical stainless steel. They have perfect geometry, due to which during operation at any speed, even the slightest beating is absent, and the handle of the device does not “break.” The surface and edges of the disc are carefully polished.

Staleks Pro pedicure discs are available in four sizes:

XS — Ø 10 mm – It is convenient for working in hard-to-reach places: “opening” cracks, removing interdigital and rod corns, processing the skin on the fingers. It can also be used to shape the free edge of the nail and remove the coating from the nail plate. For this, it is recommended to use a 180 grit file.

M — Ø 20 mm – The average universal size can be used to solve various problems.

About Staleks Pro disposable files

Disposable Staleks Pro disc files are made of a waterproof base with silicon carbide crystals. Silicon carbide is the most optimal abrasive material for working with skin. Due to its physical properties, it gently and carefully removes the hardened layer of the skin without injuring it. The diameter of the files is intentionally made slightly smaller than the disc itself, to prevent possible injuring with edge of the file while the machine is operating at high speeds.

The diameter of the removable files is several millimeters smaller than the surface of the disc, which eliminates the possibility of injury to the client. But the technician must attach the disposable file precisely in the center of the disc.

If you want to use oils at the finish of your work, use 280 and 320 grit files.

Rules of use of the pedicure discs

Discs Staleks Pro consists of the following stages:

• Preliminary preparation of the feet.

You can work with pedicure discs on dry skin, but if necessary, the technician can pre-soften the skin in the bath or use keratolytic agents.

• Disinfection.

Firstly carry out the disinfection of the skin of the feet with a disinfectant. Wipe the foot with a damp cloth.

• Preparation of the disc for work.

Depending on the condition of the skin of the feet, we select the necessary disc and abrasive. Important! The disposable file must be stuck precisely in the center of the disc so that slight indent forms along the edge of the disc.

• RPM-s.

Depending on the size of the disk, set the speed:

• S — 30 000 rpm.
• M — 25 000 rpm.
• L — 20 000 rpm.

• Foot processing

Basic rules of foot processing with pedicure discs Staleks Pro:

• The correct position of the hand, focus on the little finger, hold the pen of the device like a pen for writing.
• Lean the disc against the foot at an angle. The angle can be changed: the smaller the angle, the larger the treated area. At a small angle, we process the main surface of the foot, and if you need to process a crack or callus, the angle of inclination should be larger; this way, the disc will work pointwise. It is not allowed to lean the disc against the foot with the entire working surface.
• Control the force of pressure; the disc should gently glide over the skin.
• The trajectory is from top to bottom or from side to side, and during the calluses or cracking removal work pointwise.
• Firstly the processing is done with harsher abrasives. After the stratum corneum has been removed, the foot must be polished with softer abrasives.
• The completion of the procedure.
• After the procedure has been completed, it is necessary to treat the skin with a disinfectant and, if necessary, apply care products.
