Sterilization pouches for steam sterilization of medical instruments.
A wide range of sizes allows you to choose a product for specific requirements and purposes, and self-adhesive tape facilitates quick preparation of the package.
Self-adhesive film and paper bags are made of 60 g / m 2 medical paper and multilayer PET / CPP foil.
Paper:
- Weight: 60g / m2
- Medical paper according to EN PN 868-3
- High mechanical strength, both dry and wet
Foil:
- Transparent PET / CPP multilayer film laminate (6 layers + adhesive layer) that allows the contents of the package to be easily identified.
- Blue color
- Thickness: 52 µm
Sealing and printing:
- Multi-channel welding with a total width of 11.5 mm according to EN PN 868-5
- Printing the label outside the packaging surface prevents the paint from coming into contact with the contents of the package.
Sterilization parameters:
- Class 1 sterilization indicator according to EN ISO 11140-1
- Index area> 100 mm2
- A clear change in the color of the indicator, indicating that the package has been sterilized. The pink color turns brown.
Self-adhesive tape:
- Self-adhesive tape that allows the package to be prepared without welding equipment.
